Dr. BR Ambedkar Museum

Commissioned by the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC), the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Museum is a two-storey exhibition space dedicated to celebrating the life, work, and enduring legacy of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar.

 

The project involved in-depth research, narrative development, space planning, and design detailing to create a cohesive and immersive visitor experience. The storyline was carefully structured to reflect Dr. Ambedkar’s journey—from his early life and education to his pivotal role in shaping India’s Constitution and social reform movements.

Through thoughtful spatial organization and interpretive design, the museum translates history into a living experience—inviting visitors to engage with Ambedkar’s ideals of equality, justice, and empowerment.
