Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial

Commissioned by the Gujarat State Mining Development Corporation (GSMDC), the Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial celebrates the life and ideals of the freedom fighter, scholar, and nationalist leader Shyamji Krishna Varma. The museum narrative unfolds through recreated life experiences, blending immersive sets, mannequins, graphic panels, embedded monitors, and projection-based storytelling. Each element was designed to bring visitors closer to Shyamji’s journey—from his early years and intellectual pursuits to his revolutionary activities abroad.
